Our standard gardening service & premium gardening service covers a wide range of essential tasks to keep your garden in great shape. Our gardening services are available only in Noida & Ghaziabad. Whether you need regular maintenance, pruning, or pesticide treatment, we've got you covered. These services includes:-

Standard Services:

1. Lawn Care: Mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain a well-manicured lawn.
2. Weeding: Thorough removal of weeds to ensure a clean and tidy garden.
3. Pruning: Trimming and shaping of trees, shrubs, and bushes to promote healthy growth and enhance aesthetics.
4. Mulching: Application of organic mulch to protect and nourish your plants and suppress weed growth.
5. Leaf Removal: Seasonal cleaning of fallen leaves to keep your garden looking neat and tidy.
6. Soil Cultivation: Loosening and aerating the soil for better water and nutrient absorption by your plants.
7. Plant Health Inspection: Regular inspection to identify and address any issues that may be affecting the health of your plants.
8. Service Time Period: The initial service period is 1 hour. If you use the service for more than 1 hour, you will be charged an additional fee of Rs. 100 per hour i.e. extra hour service.

Scheduling the Service: Once your order is placed, our customer service team will contact you to schedule the time for gardening service visit at your doorstep. You can choose a convenient time for the service to be performed.
Service Completion: Our & gardening experts will arrive at the scheduled time and perform the services requested.

Note: Please ensure convenient access to water & electricity sources to support the operation of our gardening equipment and tools.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 2 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within seven days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to National and International destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
